MARRIAGE PROPOSAL IN ONE OF THE VENETIAN GARDENS YOU HAD NO IDEA EXISTED
There is a place in Venice that knows nothing about the gondolas or the canals. There is a place in Venice that isn’t crossed by any bridge. There is a place in Venice that Robert found out about and chose to be his marriage proposal location.
Being asked to photograph Rachel saying ‘yes’ in such a beautiful and quiet place, located far away from all the main attractions and the evening crowds, was a bliss. The only sounds we could hear were just rustles of the leaves whispered by the trees. A fresh breeze coming from the seaside was salutary.
Right before the Sun was meant to set Robert and Rachel entered the garden for the first time in their lives. Rachel seemed to be in love with it as soon as she found herself in such a magic place. Few minutes after walking around Robert finally kneeled down and pulled a ring out – that was the moment Rachel’s world started spinning and she probably even forgot where she really was. That was also the moment my world started spinning as Robert decided to propose in a different spot than agreed, hence I had to do a bit of running, jumping and hear-attack preventing (if you already had a chance to read my previous proposal stories – you know it wasn’t even the first time it happened and I love this kind of adrenaline!)
‘Yes!’ The word was louder than all the trees’ rustles and I could hear it while pressing the shutter at the same time.
One magic word in one magic place changed their lives forever.
