What do I do when I don’t spend my time capturing love in Venice or around Europe? I usually travel far, ending up in beautiful places such as South East Asia. I walk the hills, meet the locals and melt in the sunshine when it’s usually freezing cold in Europe.
Let me tell you more about Myanmar – my favourite place in the whole world (apart from Venice – hey!:))
This country, formerly known as Burma, is home to more than 100 ethnic groups. It is not only known for the breathtaking sunrise over Pagan but more importantly for its people. No matter how sad I usually am leaving a country I travelled – I was in tears leaving Myanmar and ever since the last day of my visa validity I have been dreaming of going back there as soon as possible. Myanmar is love and it is still undiscovered and untouched by tourism.
Why do I say it is ‘love’? Because the people of Myanmar have nothing but their big hearts.
